SECURITY OF THE TRANSACTIONS:

As much as possible, we minimize any process that involves the collection of any crucial information such as bank, personal details, or card information over the phone but only limited to specific / approved transactions only (when the need arises). Our main platforms to process any or most of the needed payment transactions are done via PayPal services through our authorized finance and accounting personnel, externally hired virtual assistant partners (mostly onshore and a few offshore for authors outside the United States to use), and approved official partners authorized for bank transfers or checks sent by mail. More importantly, our gateway online merchant portal (secured over-the-phone transaction) is limited to be used only if none of the methods above is applicable for our author to use.
